You can cancel your order for up to one hour from the time of your purchase, by contacting our Customer Care team. To change or cancel an order you recently submitted, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, the payment gateway levies a 5% cancellation charge (in case of online payments), which will have to be borne by you. If it is too late to cancel, you can still avail of our returns and exchanges policy.

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, all international sales (outside India) are final and are not eligible for any exchange/return.

How do returns/exchanges work? 

You will be allowed to return or exchange any product that you have purchased from and are not satisfied with for any reason; within 5 days of receipt of the product.  

The terms and conditions for returns & exchanges are as follows: 

  • The item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 5 days of the receipt of the product. 
  • The item(s) that have been scratched, bent, twisted or gone through any wearing and tearing will not be returned or exchanged. 
  • The item(s) must be unused and should have the original tag on it. 
  • The item(s) must be in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it, along with the original copy of the invoice. 
  • Sale, discounted items (under the value of ₹1800) cannot be exchanged or returned for change of mind. 
  • COD Charges and Shipping charges cannot be refunded. 
  • Replacement/Exchanged items cannot be returned.
  • Eyewear cases are not eligible for exchange, return or warranty.  
  • In case of return, only a store credit/gift voucher (code) of an equivalent amount will be credited to your mail account.

Note: In rare cases, where the reverse pick-up is not possible via our third-party courier facility due to reasons like pin code, non-serviceability, etc., we will get in touch with you to update you regarding the self-courier process.

How long does the refund (store credit) or exchange process take?

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). It could take upto 5-10 working days for us to receive the product(s), depending upon your location.

In case of return, after processing all the item checks, we will instantly process your refund as store credit of an equivalent amount to your Vintage account. The same will be received by you via mail within 1 working day. The store credit will be valid for use on our website for 1 year from the date of it being credited.

Exchange orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 working days, on inspection of the item(s).

If an exchange is made with a product of lower value, will the difference be refunded? 

If the exchange is made with a product of lower value, we will not be able to give you the difference back. So, choose wisely!
